In today’s Profiles in Leadership podcast, Steve Anderson, PT, DPT, chats with Michelle Collie, PT, MS, DPT, OCS. Michelle is the CEO of Performance Physical Therapy. She received her undergraduate degree in physiotherapy at the University of Otago and her MS and Doctorate from the MGH Institute of Health Professions.

When Michelle first acquired Performance in 2003, it had fewer than 20 employees. Today, it includes 13 clinics and over 160 employees. She also serves as the PPS PR and Marketing committee chair.
